We had such a wonderful time and that lovely home has brought my family fond memories. We plan to visit again in a few years just to relive such memories. We received your wonderful post card, that was very kind. My father immediately placed it in one of our family albums. That is a very beautiful post card!

Catalina Island, May, 2003
Just wanted to drop you a line to say "thank you". We had a great time in Catalina last week and your Hamilton Cove unit was fantastic! The unit is immaculate and well located to access the various amenities at Hamilton Cove. I spoke to Chelae a few days before we arrived...she sounds very nice on the telephone and made it very clear that she was always available to us during our stay. We look forward to speaking with you in the future regarding Catalina (again) and some of your other properties.

Waimea Bay April, 2003
From the moment we landed in Honolulu, I was in immediate contact with your local property manager, who helped with directions not only to the house but also to a Costco enroute so that we could stock up on provisions for the week. As an added bonus, he made swim masks and snorkles available so that we could enjoy the coral reefs just outside the back yard. He even brought over swim fins and boogie boards for us to use! In short, he struck the perfect balance between attending to all of our inquiries and to a feeling of privacy.

After adjusting to the sound of what seemed like the north shore surf breaking in the living room at night, we slept incredibly well. I highly recommend this spot for anyone with insomnia! Of course, I could go on about the hypnotic waves, the sunsets and the double rainbows but you already know that. It was wonderful!

In closing, let me say again how much fun we had in your beautiful home on the north shore of Oahu! My wife, son and I are already thinking about when we can do it again. In the interim, if I may assist you in any way, please do not hesitate to call on me immediately.
Aloha and mahalo!

Catalina Island Wednesday, July 25 , 2001
Just wanted to let you know we had a great time!
I will recommend your place to all my friends. The back tire on the golf cart had a slow leak which we had to refill a few times during the trip, so you may want to look into a patch. Anyhow, I was curious as to whether you have an email list which can notify me of any last minute availability's for the condo. We like the discounted rate. If so I would love to be added.

Thanks again, Shawn

Lake Tahoe Thursday, July 19, 2001
I would recommend your place as being a prime place to stay. I would also like to say that Debbie, the one who watches over the place, is a great person, very helpful and friendly. It's a lot of work to get ready for the next vacationers. Everyone thought it was the best. Thanks again, More to come.

Big Bear Tuesday July 17, 2001 9:13pm
Just wanted to let you know how much our family and I enjoyed the Big Bear house. It was so clean and neat, it almost looked like a new home. And it was even more beautiful than your excellent website showed. The fact that it was in such a quiet forest setting and yet it was only minutes away from all the activities at Big Bear made our vacation that much better. The whole rental experience with your company was flawless and easy. Thanks again for making that beautiful home available.

Chuns Reef Place Wednesday, July 11, 2001 6:16pm
We had such a spectacular time at Chun's Reef. The weather was great and much fun was had by all. You can count on us to be back next year! Steve, the grounds man, was extremely helpful and is a very kind person. He spoke highly of your company and enjoys his work. You have a good man keeping up the place.
Thank you again!, Craig

Big Bear Lake Wednesday April 25, 2001
We had a fantastic time up at the Big Bear Cabin! What a location - so secluded. The kids had a ball playing in the snow in the back yard and of course playing pool! We enjoyed a day at the slopes and then relaxed in the Jacuzzi to ease our aching muscles.

Waimea Bay April 23, 2001
We had a great time and you could not beat the house we stayed in, what a beautiful place! My mom especially loved the sea turtles that swam around by the rocks almost everyday.

North Haleiwa Monday, April 21, 2001
A quick note to you regarding the North Haleiwa beach bungalow, we found it to be everything that we had hoped it would be, and more. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and it had all of the amenities that we needed. The view from the living room window is right out of a post card.

Steve is a delight to deal with, he added value to our experience with his knowledge of the area, and with his spirit of aloha. He loaned our oldest boy a couple of surfboards, and told him of some better places to go surfing. He allowed our youngest boy to "help" him with some planting that he was doing in the front yard of the bungalow. He also wove them headbands out of palm fronds, and cut some orchids from his own property to give to my wife.

Steve greeted us with that great smile of his and showed us around the property, really made us feel at home.
Sincerely,
Fred Hoyer

Palm Desert Monday April 09, 2001

QUESTION: What does Alamos mean?
ANSWER: The town takes its name from the poplar or cottonwood tree, native to the area.
QUESTION: How did the "Chocolate Palace" get its name?
ANSWER: Located at 9 Calle Mina, the Cocolate Palace is one of the many private homes with a story. Patricia Mars of the Mars Bar Candy Company married Mr. Fleming who bought the building in a nearly ruined state and rebuilt it in the 1960's. Set on five acres and with a kitchen that serves 100 guests, their many parties are lavish affairs.
Alamon is a town of 10,000 residents and is the only federally declared colonial city of northern Mexico.
